Ian – Company owner and chief techie. Known by the staff as “The Boss”, but only ironically! Controller and Producer of XP Radio 2 and XPTV 2. 
Darren – Executive Officer, second technician, and the guy mostly in charge of Artists and Content. Hence, he’s the guy you need to schmooz if you want a job here! Controller and Producer of XPR1 and XPTV 1. 
Barry – Head of PR, and third party acquisitions. He advises us on who to watch and where to be seen, so if you want us to turn up to your event or read your Press Release, this is the guy you need to talk to!
